The SHR restructure and the necessary levelling adjustments were implemented by the end of January 2020. Kal did a great job staying close to the employees and he properly managed any employee concerns through open conversations. Our voluntary turnover is currently tracking to target. Covid inevitably had some impact but I also think that the actions put in place are helping with this matrix. The employee engagement actions were put on hold due to Covid but I think we can now start to pick this back up.
